Presentación de los nuevos productos en Centro Zaragoza

Felix Moreno (General Manager) and Ismael Salgueiro (Technical Director) of Cromauto have visited the facilities of Centro Zaragoza to show us the qualities of these two new products focused on reducing energy costs and improving the efficiency and profitability of the workshop. During the theoretical-practical session they explained the technical characteristics of the new primer and varnish and, later, applications were made on various parts with different catalysts.

The high-thickness UHS Primer is available in 3 shades: white Filler 440 UHS, grey Filler 445 UHS and black Filler 449 UHS to obtain the appropriate base tone depending on the finish colour and can be mixed with 4 UHS CRH catalysts: 40 Slow, 41 Medium, 43 Fast and 45 Express to adapt to the needs of the workshop. This primer stands out for its high filling capacity and its rapid air drying, with only 30 minutes of drying at 20ºC and being able to be sanded after 1 hour (with the CRH 45 Express). It can also be dried by IR in 8-12 minutes or in a booth at 60ºC, in 15-20 minutes.

On the other hand, Diamond 4400 UHS Supreme is an ultra-fast air-drying varnish designed for both small and large repairs and which can be mixed with two CRH hardeners: 43 Rapid and 45 Express. It stands out for its speed of air drying, with a time of only 60 minutes at 20ºC with the CHR 45 catalyst and 90 minutes with the CHR 43 catalyst. In the case of drying in a booth at 60ºC, its drying time is 10 minutes. These reduced times translate into energy savings for the workshop and greater profitability.
